At Sterally, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your ClearHear device is protected by our Limited Warranty, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.


What's Covered

Your ClearHear device is covered against manufacturing defects and faulty performance under normal use.

This includes:

✔ Device malfunction
✔ Charging issues
✔ Camera or LED failure
✔ Manufacturing defects

If your device stops working due to a defect, we'll help resolve the issue quickly.


Warranty Period

Your ClearHear device is covered for 90 days from the date of delivery.

This allows you plenty of time to test your device and ensure it works as expected.


What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Accidental drops or physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen items

We recommend handling your ClearHear device carefully and storing it safely after use.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your ClearHear device, please contact us and include:

  • Your Order Number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if possible)
