How To Use ClearHear

Using ClearHear is simple, safe, and takes just a few minutes.

Follow these steps to get the best results.

Step 1 - Download the App

Download the compatible app using the instructions included with your ClearHear device.

Once installed, turn on your ClearHear device and connect it to your smartphone using WiFi.

This allows you to see a live HD camera view directly on your screen.

Step 2 - Attach a Silicone Tip

Choose one of the soft silicone tips included in your kit.

Gently attach the tip to the end of the device before use.

These tips are designed to provide a comfortable and safe cleaning experience.

Step 3 - Insert Gently

Carefully guide the device into the outer ear canal.

Use the live camera view to see exactly what you're doing.

Move slowly and gently to remove buildup safely.

Step 4 - Clean and Remove

Use gentle movements to remove buildup.

Avoid inserting the device too deeply.

Once finished, carefully remove the device and clean the silicone tip.

Step 5 - Clean After Use

After each use:

  • Remove the silicone tip
  • Wash with warm water
  • Allow to dry before storing

Keeping your ClearHear clean helps maintain performance and hygiene.

How To Use HydroClean

Using HydroClean is simple, effective, and takes just a few minutes.
Follow these steps to get the best results.

Step 1 - Charge Your Device


Before first use, charge your HydroClean fully using the included USB-C cable.
A full charge gives you up to 50 minutes of use.
Once charged, your device is ready to use whenever your routine needs it.

Step 2 - Fill The Tank


Remove the 260ml water tank and fill with clean, lukewarm water.
Reattach the tank firmly before use.
You can add mouthwash to the water for an extra fresh feeling.

Step 3 - Select Your Mode


Press the power button to turn on your HydroClean.
Cycle through the three modes to find your preference.
Soft for sensitive gums, Normal for daily cleaning, and Pulse for a deeper, more powerful rinse.

Step 4 - Clean Your Teeth


Lean over a sink and place the nozzle tip in your mouth before switching on the water stream.
Guide the 360° rotating nozzle between your teeth and along the gumline.
Work around your full mouth, pausing briefly between each tooth for best results.

Step 5 - Clean After Use


After each use:

  • Remove and empty the water tank
  • Rinse the tank and nozzle tip with clean water
  • Allow to air dry before storing

  • Do not aim the nozzle directly at the back of the throat
  • Start on Soft mode if you are new to water flossing
  • Do not overfill the water tank
